how to block osclass sending mails

You can disable placeholder email generation in plugin settings, or provide valid email.

how can i create a function in osclass

check email extension @domain.com not send emails

I would recommend to use init_send_mail filter and in case of such domain, set 'to' attribute to NULL, it should stop sending mail on Osclass 8.
