Title: banner slides very fastly

hi,

i had uploaded two images banner,

first one sildes according to puted time,  but waiting time... for second one doesnt works,  means.  7000m/s  waiting time.    first pic wait till  7000m/s but  second banner (pic) doesnt wait till 7000m/s.

checked that!!!
