Plugin does not provide formatting, everything is on you. You can place own CSS and JavaScript by your needs.
For more help follow CSS documentation how to make things in center.

I am pretty sure these tags are not working in HTML anymore. Try margin:0 auto and display:block

- I can see everything allright
- if you use adsense banner, click can't be calculated as it goes outside market and target URL cannot be tracked

only 960x60 full or auto adsense
