i try osclass 3.7.3  (i use us DEMO) with only bender theme and  Advertisement... plugin and the conflict with permalink enable remains...
You can not do anything to bypass the problem?

I was trying to work with that but my dev got corrupted permalinks. You are still able to show banner to client with URL that is in backoffice right? It seems it only takes key from field incorrectly

Is not enough admin panel?
There is only osclass and adv plugin installed.
