How can i update your plugin?

I have downloaded the new files, and then i have uploaded them via FTP. But it still shows that i have to update the all in one SEO plugin.

You should reinstall plugin if there are new variables as well (i.e. when updating from older version).
Nothing else is required (except that file replace).
