The seo plugin works if you have a little knowledge and if you adjust some files by following free seo trials on woorank or other trials from seo checkup sites.
I didn't pay for any of this except for the seo plugin from MB Themes and adjusted my site within the free trial periods from score 45 up to 76/100 as attached. Following the tips on free seo trials and adjust them in seo plugin works perfectly....  Good luck!
