for cron submitall, sitemap to search engines can you also add to update the deleted and modified or etc to update the generated sitemap or add nofollow automatically .

i guess i explain correctly.

Sitemap, as it name says, is map of links on website.
No idea why would you put there links those does not exists, you have different tools to say google that links are not valid anymore.

Thank you for the enlightenment, I ussually use google search console  under index removals, what are the other tools to tell search engine that this URL is no longer valid.
