Time- What do I need to spend the time on for  all in one seo to be able to split the sitemap? Code?


MONEY- I will have to pay for all in one SEO to be able to split the sitemap?

Well you have time for development or money to pay developer for that.
It cannot be done without proper coding, development and testing.

If I pay for custom modification of code into a plugin and you later use the same customization on the next release of the plugin update for all the people that bought the plugin.

What will happen to the payment?

Question is if you mind using modifications paid by other people, because if you do not mind that, that it does not make sense someone would use modifications you've paid for and are tailored for your very specific business case  ::)
