Those should be hidden as well (like view and sort)  when there are no results and users see We could not find any results for your search...

I can't because i did not purchase the theme (yet). I am in the testing process to see if will fit to what i need as it is or if i can adjust certain areas. I really like it, is the best from your portfolio, but as always i would like certain functions from your other themes and will see what i can do with this.
