Title: Diable transaction type field?

Transaction type and condition are two extra drop down fields to choose when adding a new listing.
How to disable those 2 fields per specific categories?

Those two fields are messing up when adding a listing where no transaction is involved (i.e. personal or job type listings).

Can those fields be disabled the way as price field can be enabled/disabled for each category on category setting page?

The two extra fields TRANSACTION TYPE and ITEM CONDITION can be skipped when adding a new item or editing. Then those values does not appear on ad.

Extra Fields are not included on Required Fields on Publish list (on theme settings).
Please help how to make those fields required (but only if enabled for the category)?
For those two lists I want that user have to  choose proper value from the list when posting a new item.

Theme does not have such settings so it's not possible just to simply enable it.
