Title: I now have some problems with the Alpha theme.

I now have some problems with the Alpha theme.
1. Can't hide premium section, because at the beginning of the project I do not intend to run possibility of "premium ads". I try to press a button and move it to OOF and can not turn it off.
(Elsewhere such buttons work fine and can be easily moved from ON to OFF. )
2. When I added Instant Messenger and Make Offer plugins to the project, the preferences that already existed between "New ads" and "Premium ads" disappeared.
What should I do?
3. I also have a question Plugins Instant Messenger and Make Offer are also involved in an alpha theme and there is no need to insert hooks into the theme code or not ?!
P.S. The project I'm building right now is currently on LocalHost.

- no need to put extra code for these 2 plugins
- enable error logging and check what is generated

You intend to do according to this https://docs.osclasspoint.com/debug-php-errors instruction?
Also a Read debug plugin can help and see the error on the screen more simply?

Yes, you can then see output of error log also in backoffice > tools > error log

Also before purchasing more plugins from you, I started to examine the website on localhost and noticed for example  that the big picture does not come up as it should be.

Until it is localhost, cannot help you on that.
Review browser console, try to change jquery version in settings / general
