Looking for head.php file to install Google tag manager

Hi, i was wondering where is head.php file to install google tag manage, google tag manager needs <head> section and <body> section to install 2 code to be able to install. can you guild me on that ? thansk :)

Use google analytics plugin.
Head is in header.php or head.php, if you wants to do it manually
