An attribute can be linked to the child attribute of another attribute?

It's not parent-child relationship, it's ie mileage + measure (km/mile)

I want to link the attribute "rental price" with the attribute "Per Day" charge and "One time" charge which are child attributes of the parent attribute "Rental with Driver" . Such a function can be added?

Not exists and no plans for adding such feature.
