I just bought this plugin from MB theme and its not working , no setting along with it and no help about that
totally hopeless :-(

In 3 hours you were able to send us 6 messages, but were not able to read how to submit bug.
This will delay work on issue by at least 8 hours.

i am all new to this but i thought support means to reply on the spot , was i wrong ?

To speed up resolution of your problem, please submit your problem with following criteria:
- in subject of your thread add mark what kind of problem it is:
[Bug] [Error] [New feature] [Suggestion] [Help] + Title of thread
- describe your problem as much as possible
- guide how to replicate your problem
- place here URL to your web
- check error log on your server and place here all errors related to your problem
- upload descriptive pictures to some free image hosting service (Post Image, TinyPic, ...)
Also note that problems not related to our products (osclass issues, server problems, difficulties with functionality of different plugins) will not be answered.

so should i creaet a new post or thread for that ? , why all system is so complicated , why its not simple

Only person who do it complicated is you by harrashing and spamming.

Post here also your error log.
i have installed the plugin and as it has no setting along with it so i did nothing but when test it same old validation of a posting and no user have been created and no email or user name and password its like nothing has happen if you can explain it would be nice of you , below is my URL and i also have tried it with Patricia them as i have one

where i suppose to search and see for error log on my cpanel ? or some where else ?

Sometimes error log is in hosting root in logs, sometimes there is link in cPanel. Hosting provider can tell this to you.

just this plugin not working as it should work
i got no error
as i am not an expert in all this hust bought this plugin and its not working so i gave my oc-admin login to you guys to set it up but still i am in the middle of trouble :-(
asking from me where is error log but i did not received any error log and if its is in c panel than where i should look for it , please i need help or i will assume that i got nothing in return of my amount :-(

We do not know anything about your hosting, contact your hosting provider to get error log.

Issue has been fixed.
Problem was when recaptcha was enabled, it was not possible to use UserAction function add and skip recaptcha control.
We have developed own function to insert new user and now works also when recaptcha enabled.
Please update to v1.0.2.
