The plugins do not send any email and not create any new user account, My  mail server works well (has been tested previously)

It may be blocked by other plugin that does some actions after posting new listing.
Try it on fresh osclass version to eliminate osclass error or block from other plugin.

The problems is with Favorite Items PLugins, the problem is that favorite items come with the funcitions of your theme, i means, that is a great function.

How can fix this?

100% sure, is only with your theme, i try with bender and works fine.

Only in your theme, if that two plugins runs, dont works, if change the theme, that plugins, work again.

Now it's fixed, It was some deep change I had made in the theme / plugin /
