Hi All.I decided to start a fresh thread after I read almost all posts here and not found something to help me.
Backoffice Manager plus plugin have an option, to send email alert regarding listing expiration with xx dayse before. Setting is:
Inform user about listing expiration: xx days before.

On the other hand, there is an similar option in osclass, here: Listings > Settings:
Warn about expiration yy days

If I set in BO manager 1 days for alert and in main osclass setting 3 days, then users will receive alert with 3 days before, so it will be taken into account the setting from oscalss, despite one from plugin. (I already made many tests with different values in plugin but no email was sent)

Moreover, if I set in osclass 700 days and in plugin 2 days, I don't receive any email alert (of-course, I don't have time to wait 700 days, I just say that the setting from plugin seems that have no meaning)

The question is:
- do the setting from plugin have any purpose ?
- if is working for rest of you this setting but not in my case, then what should I write in Listings > Settings in order to make it work that setting from plugin ?

Thanks !
There is no perfect classifieds script. I dream to make it.

Plugin should use dt_expiration_date (or dt_expiration) from item table
To get fast support, we need following details: Detail description, URL to reproduce problem, Screenshots
