You need to add and use osc_premium_items loop in your theme.

Same as currently is loop for normal & premium items, it is required to duplicate code for this and create loop using osc_premium_items only. This lead to duplicated ads and therefore was removed from Zara theme.

You can check i.e. free modern theme that use also this loop and copy it from there.
