The password for editing the last user's ad remains and is visible to other users. (Should show an option like this: Enter password)

The same goes for the auto-renewal number of the ad. (It should look like this first: Off)

Osclass may keep it in session (if you are admin or user logged) and is reused for user's session.

The "123" that always exists by default for new entries, can be gone?

I have not yet uploaded the website to the internet. Located on a local computer

After upgrading to v 4.2.1 the password problem was resolved on its own (now there is a gap in the password box). It continues to send messages about the end of entries but automatic republishing it stopped working.

So you have republish disabled in plugin, but it sends email about republish? You might tried to set notification about republish to 9999 days before expiration to temporary fix issue

Posting is active, three days before it expires it sends the notification once, but then it is not reposted automatically

The user update before the end of the ad is 3 days, do I do 9999?

The problem is not with the ad closing notice. The notice before the ad expires comes normally. Automatic republishing does not work.

I think you've described completely different problem.
