what plugin makes reference this sentence?

Pay for republish. \"Pay per post\" in payment plugin must be allowed, but pay just for <strong>republish</strong> is required, not for adding new listing

    You can allow to pay per republish feature (when listing is submitted, user does not pay. When listing is re-published, user must pay)
