Registration form

In the site registration form, when a region is selected, all cities in the database are displayed in the city form, regardless of region, I think only cities in the selected region should be displayed, how do I solve it?

How to check java errors? That I only have one country, and there is no form, drop down for the country just for the region and the city

If you have 1 country only, how can there be mixed regions from 2 countries?
