republish button on user-items.php

Hi,

How can we get the republish button to show on the user-items.php ?? I am using zara, I thought this supposed to be automatically.

why is it has to open another windows to do the republish can it not do it without opening new windows? what if it is blocked by pop up blocker will it still work? and especially when this is running from android app encapsulated (webView)
