Hey guys I'm having an strange issue with this plugin, a couple of weeks ago I noticed my ads were auto deleted or cleared before their expiration date and no reason. finally I discovered it was    Backoffice Manager Plugin   I stopped using it to figure it out and it never happened again.

So I bough this because I need it, 2 days ago I updated to the last version on your site and then now I got the same problems, a lot ads were cleared,  they are present in the ads list but there is nothing inside them.

No description, no pictures nothing, so that really frustrating for me.

NOTE: I don't know if this can help but, the only thing I really changed in my OC is the admin folder for security reasons. so I noticed your plugin doesn't work quite well every button links to the default OC folder, so if I need to do any change in the configuration section I need to manually edit route in my browser's address bar.

1) Problem with ads that has no description, pictures, ...  this is caused by some plugin that use foreign keys and does not allow to completely remove listing, no matter in what way (go to database and remove some item from t_item table, it will show you error message referring to table with problem)

2) It would be good to check "Listings" section in plugin what kind of listings you set to remove.
Note that active listing cannot be removed by this plugin, only those that has expired

3) You need to go to oc-content/plugins/backoffice_manager/index.php, find here oc-admin string and replace it with your oc-admin string

Ok, but I don't want any ads to be deleted, how can I disable that function? I tried using 0 on those values and it kept clearing my ads, I also disabled ads expiration on categories and still got the same results.

I need a way to completely prevent Back Office from deleting any ads.

if there is a way please I'd really appreciate it.

Place to all inputs that tells "delete listing/user after..." value 9999.... this means it will never remove them.
