Title: Assign banner for specific user in admin panel

i want to assign banner for user in admin panel how can i do it ?i don't want user add banner in front end.

1) your question is confusing
2) if you do not want users to add banner in front, disable that option
3) banner is banner, does not belong to any user. You can setup client key used for client to view stats of banner

how about banner link in user dashboard, disable banner in front end but still have banner link in user dashboard.
i want user can check it like in user dashboard,

no, user want to advertise on our website and give us banner so we create it in backend and assign to this user and he can check it in user profile. i know we have key but it not easy for user remember if have in profile it good
