Is it possible to modify or have the option in a future release, to target banners by Category AND Location?

Ideally you would be able to choose / filter category and the location ID for the banner place. With the option to choose by just the category or location or a combination of category and location. For example you could choose to show banners for category : Pets in London, Pets, or London.
To select the locations you could use the location ID's in simple input form rather than a long list of all the locations to choose from:   1,2,3,4

I'm sure this would be a popular option. It would also allow site owners to include SEO location based content in the category listings too :-)

It is not possible in banner ads plugin, it was possible in advertisement manager and was rarely used.

It removed only because it was rarely used?
Give us the code to restore that option or do it with the next update. I need that now.
