Its local dev environment with no online access. I assume that it's not because of my setup anyway.

yes...., sorry. Its all fine.

ADB+ has stopped 16 DIV block's as unwanted banners.
I've check using FF/CHR/OP browsers and it was same. But I have ADB+ installed on all of them  ;D
