Title: set different price per categories

set different price per click and view on categories like
- car 1$ for click and 0.50$ for view
- house 2$ for click and 1$ for view

when user choose 2 categories it will sum (1$ + 2$)

it's should nice if it have CATEGORY PRICES and LOCATION PRICES like in osclass pay in item option
