Title: Select sub category?

Hi,

I've just purchased the Banner Plugin.

How do I select a sub category to show a banner? I can only see the main categories to choose from.

I would guess it support only main categories.
Is it different on demo?

Can we have the same options as the older Advertisement Manager plugin to show all the categories for this newer plugin?
