You need to identify more details.
Try to change PHP version of database version.

When I install Osclass , all required are green.

    I changed ip host , versión BD , versión PHP , same error.

    You will still need to get error itself from logs/console/network tab.
    You may also send me in PM url, credentisls (db), ftp login, host etc and I will have a look.
