Beta theme posting error

Hello,
Please i want to know why beta theme wont allow me to post a fresh listing since yesterday.
Each time i tried to post i see the error in the image below and it direct me back to home page after 5 seconds

Ok. Its working now. Maybe it one of those anti spam plugin on my website
