Can't cache CSS example: user.css?v=20200314

Hi,

I use the Cloudflare CDN, I can't cache the CSS files that have a .css?v=12345678 appended to the end. For example: https://www.mysite.com/oc-content/themes/beta/css/responsive.css?v=20200314038839

Is there a setting to disable this .CSS?v=####### , or is it required by the script?

In head.php you can remove version
