Required location fields

In the settings I set "Location, Country, Region, City" fields as mandatory, but all fields remain optional.

I found that the problem is caused by the Booking & Calendar Osclass add-on. When I turn it off then the location works fine. If I enable it then all location(Country, Region, City) becomes optional.

The following is done: When the add-on is activated, the user has the option not to specify the prefecture and the city (an optional element). If I uninstall the plugin then everything works fine and the user has to enter the county and city as required.
