How can I make this theme accept ads to main categories without having subcategories? Because now I get an error.

Also, can I somehow take out the region selection from location? Because I want to use only countries.

You must allow parents categories to be selected in osclass settings.
Region cannot be disabled in osclass, nor cities, just with custom mods
