I have the Beta theme and it displays correctly on my PC, but it does not display in the correct format on my mobile phone.

Problem is on your end, stylesheets has not been loaded at all.
You are also not using SSL certificate.
You also use some mobile theme or similar plugin/addon.

I installed the mobile plugin: 140_mobilethemeplugin_v110_20201118, but no change. Do you think that it is enough to install SSL or another procedure?

Test theme on clean installation of osclass.
Problem you report has nothing to do with theme
