Beta Theme: Files Affected in Upgrade.

(Upgrade from version 1.4.6 to version 1.6.0)

Since too many changes have been made to the theme and will be lost with the upgrade, can we know which files the upgrade will modify so that we upgrade only those?

There are various tools (free/paid) you can use to compare files between 2 directories (version).
