Premium design error

The website looked perfect but for some reason it stopped looking good. I have not changed the css in this instance. Is it some admin settings?

(The featured ad space is set to 3 ads, but the ads are above the "top offers" div and it looks bad.)

oc-admin > media > force image aspect - change this setting (save) and refresh thumbnails
