Title: User profile location problem

In user profile, location automatically reverts to a specific location even after user selects his/her right location. Please I need help with this.

For example, when the user selects New York as location, after saving the information, the location goes back to Texas. No matter how many times the user tries to change it to New Yor, it will go back to Texas.

Tested on demo and could not reproduce.
make sure you have no javascript errors on site.
