Date change-A month shortened

Where to change ... month shortened Aug to Avg?

It's not in blog/languages, it's not in theme/aaa/languages ​​and it's not in oc-content/languages ​​either ... tnx.

It depends on PHP locale but not sure how this can be changed.
It may be easier just to change date format in file.

Ask hosting provider to install php locale for your country. After that it will work by default.
