Description Box does not show

Good Day ,

The Description box does not show . I cannot enter a description when  creating an article , which makes this plugin very useless to me.

Please  see attached and advise.

Make sure you have no javascript errors in console.

I belived someone else had the same issue , and you modified the index.php   ? Can you provide steps?
