Webp images

Hi, 

Would it be possible to add the following features? 

• Support for WebP images through a plugin (or built-in if easier) 
• Automatic addition of rel="nofollow noopener" attributes to all external links in posts/content (only links leading outside the current domain)

Thanks for feedback, webp was supported, just label was wrong.
