Hello
When booking, a message is sent to the advertiser, then approval, then payment
Is there also an additional way
When booking, payment is made directly, like other sites such as Booking

well only way would be to do it without approval.

There is no way without consent

If I understand correctly, you complain that you've enabled "Sellers Must Confirm Reservations" and now it require confirmation from sellers?

Doesn't work even though I disable the button
Advertisers must confirm reservations
The demo page is not active

Demo has usually settings disabled.
You will have to update model and automatically set status to verfied for each new reservation.
At same time remove pending mail for admin.
