I would like to propose this feature request, hopefully you will see the benefits and consider.

I was thinking if there is a way in backend for administrator to add registered users which are associated to Company X to be listed on same Company X profile. For example I have a business profile created for an estate agency. I would like to associate all users from same company to the company's business profile. Also listings from associated users to show on same company's business profile.

Yes its nice idea, but there was also one to be able to publish listing on behalf of other user...
This one looks simpler.
