Business profile user upload cover photo very large & big size here unnessery img load increse in page speed or lighthouse audit report.


How can achieve - 

1) business profile cover highest size  ( width x height - kb limit )
2) Home companies block -  lazy load not work  ( i modify code & now working )
3) Img scaling or resize not proper -  Home companies block - business profile cover img size small (283x180) & full company view page size  big (1280x720)
    here both place img load on full size.
   
  Want - user upload any img for cover - then img automatic resize 1280x720 
            home page companies block section img load 283x180 size only - no need full large img loading.

 also how can compress img while uploading?

 Its must imp points. Companies section good but optimization issue so its badly affected on page load & speed.
