I'm assuming it's some "close.png" that's probably missing.

No it's SVG, shown properly on my end.

What file is this address in? Can I change it to "Close.png" or in fa fa close?

The problem is solved. I upgraded Win 8.1 to Win 11 and now the icon appears normally. Thanks for the help.

But it continues and does not appear on all other operating systems except Android and of course this is a problem for users.
