Is the plugin yours?
Then you should update your themes to be 100% compatible with your business plugin.

Have your template have the icon above (Store) or (business) that is only enabled when you have the plugin installed as the other plugins of yourselves http://prntscr.com/knhk0i
I do not see the option that the user has the option to change to business or user
