Title: How can I change Opening Hours input method from text input to select from list

Hi, is it possible to change the input method of Opening Hours from text to select from provided list as attached in the below screenshot so that it would be more convenient for user to make an entry and there won't be a different entries for different businesses because some may enter 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9-5, 09:00 - 17:00, etc. And having a select from list will make sure that every user make correct and standard format of selection. Also also user should have option to select closed in the list.

In theory it is possible but limits entering some custom text like:
8.00 - 12.00 (closed on holidays)

But user could choose way how to inser hours  :-*
