There is a bug with this plugin. I use osclass version 8.3.0, gamma theme version 1.8.1 and business profile plugin version 1.8.1
If I create a business profile, activate the business profile and then visit the business profile it automatically switches from enabled to disabled as soon as the business profile was visited. I thought initally it was an issue with osclass so I have reinstalled osclass and theme but issue persisted. Then I thought its an issue with the web hosting, I have now changed the web hosting and I am having similar issue. I tested your demo but I couldn't replicate. It makes no sense why its not working unless there is a conflict with theme or something.
