Title: Enable Item Page Caching Option

@mbthemes

if a client or admin update a listing will not appear immediately until the cache cleared or refreshed (Refresh hourly)
this happens when the Enable Item Page Caching is ON  

My Question is if I disable this option, it's not necessary for caching at all, I guess because all images is loading from the CDN server Keycdn caching performance is not necessary at this item page..

What do you think?.

- new/edit listing will clean cache, but it may not be case of backoffice edit, I was not checking that
- if cache does not exists, it is created immediatelly on page load
