Page cache views counter show to all users

I see Page cache views counter  Running on cache from 3 Feb. 2020, 23:29:30, loaded in 0.00114822s from different computers and browsers and  i'm  not loged as admin

Logout as admin while generating cache files.

I was looking for the solutions, and i found out i was just logged as an ADmin,,
