I'm having an error posting a job, what should that be?

I enabled the error detector, see what appears in the screenshot

It means your mail server configuration is wrong.

You must setup your mail server configuration properly in oc-admin > settings > mail server.
You can also test mail server from here.

It is your mail server, only you can know that.
Contact your hosting provider for help.
