Hello...

For what i understand this theme is only for companies searching for candidates to a certain open job position...

In my oppinion should be added also a section for candidades, peoples searching for a job, who can post their own listings... that is what i think is missing on this theme...

You mean "looking fof job" listings?

If there was a possibility for the unemployed looking for a job to place an ad, it would be a perfect theme.

In creating a new account there is the user type "Employee-person, looking for job".  Does this mean that an individual looking for a job can post an ad with all the information he considers necessary to find an employer?

And one more thing, is there a button for the user to delete his account? In the demo it does not seem to exist.

No, only company user type can post listings.
In demo such buttons are usually hidden.
